Photography: From Old High School Friends To Coca-Cola

Posted on December 11, 2012      by admin

While home for Thanksgiving my friend from high school, Michelle, eloped with her boyfriend, David. It was just the two of them, the guy that married them, and myself. Their first date was spent riding dirt roads – thus being the meaning behind this portrait of them out on a dirt road. I love that I still shoot stuff like this for friends, yet I’m a bundle of nervous energy right now due to a three-day shoot for Coke that starts tomorrow. The contrast between the two jobs is vast, but both are equally important to me. It’s a great and exciting place to be as a photographer. Michelle and David, thanks for asking me to document one of the most important days of your life — it was an honor.
