This past November a colleague of mine, (and talented Atlanta-based architectural shooter) Scott Moore, and I teamed up on a shoot for the award-winning interior design firm, Pineapple House. We were covering the work they had done for the movie and television producer, Will Packer, and his wife, Heather.

Scott covered the interior shots, and I covered the portraits. I only had one hour to get my gear in their house and get three different sets lit before my time with Will would start. I was told I would only have an hour with him and knew that could get cut back to as little as five minutes at any time due to his busy schedule.

So, needless to say, it was one of the more stressful shoots I’ve done. Both Will and Heather were great to work with, though. It’s hard to get bad shots when you’re working with a couple as good looking and personable as they are.

One of the shots from one of the three setups I did that morning was recently featured in Architectural Digest along with the interior shots Scoot did, so check it out.

Hats off to Pineapple House on having their project featured. They deserve it, though. I’ve yet to see anything they’ve done that wasn’t tastefully done.
