Brothers in Arms is my favorite song, and the title track, of one of my all-time favorite albums shown here: Brothers In Arms by Dire Straits. It is about war, and right now the gravity of its lyrics mean more than ever to me.

The song very much echoes the profound sense of sadness I feel right now over us seemingly having lost sight of us being Brothers in Arms – against a sentient enemy – in favor of making each other into the enemy.

Please keep in mind that the similarities and concerns we share are far greater than those that divide us, y’all. Please look for things to love in each other rather than things to hate.
