iPhone Photography & Andy Warhol on Coca-Cola

Coke

 

“What’s great about this country is that America started the tradition where the richest consumers buy essentially the same things as the poorest. You can be watching TV and see Coca-Cola, and you know that the President drinks Coke, Liz Taylor drinks Coke, and just think, you can drink Coke, too. I quickly took this with my phone last week as I was shooting in a Coke warehouse for Coke. There were walls of it  like this stacked 20 foot high or so. Between that warehouse and the bottling plant I was shooting in the next day, well, I’ve never seen so much Coke in my life. It was pretty wild seeing and photographing where something that I grew up drinking and loving comes from before it winds up on supermarket shelves. I love my job.

I now have an obscene amount of post production work to get done prior to to going home for Christmas next week. Wish me luck.
