This photo that I took on Jekyll Island is incredibly calming to me, thus being why I’ve named it Visual Valium. The combination of the colors and content – it’s so peaceful. I took some other shots from the exact same perspective with the sun as it rose above the horizon line, but I like this one more. The sun in the others introduces an energy to it that takes away from the tranquil look to this one. I did very little to this shot in post production. I’m not responsible for it being beautiful – God is.
