Mr. & Mrs. Sale on May 3rd, 2014

I occasionally still shoot weddings when approached about doing so, and to me, they are still one of the toughest assignments you can have as a photographer, even after all the other high stress situations I’ve shot in as a commercial photographer. This one that I shot in Jacksonville for Josh and Rebecca was no different – and to add to the fun – I was legally blind in my dominant eye at the time. Few things have been as frustrating to me as instinctively bringing my camera to my left eye and not being able to see clearly through it, and then having to switch the camera over to my other eye was that day. I still managed to pull it off though, out of sheer determination and stubbornness. So, yes, I am proud of myself for this one, I worked hard for it. This is one of many beautiful shots I took one month ago today at their wedding. Happy One-Month Anniversary, Josh and Rebecca.
